Every class at Downtown Yoga has students with diverse levels of experience. Everyone is welcome as they are…new to yoga, little experience or with years of practice behind you! Although some of our classes can be physically challenging, students will find Downtown Yoga to be a truly non-judgmental environment. The emphasis is always on the breath, at first building and then maintaining it as the primary focus throughout the practice. All are welcome!

Monday: 9 Hot Power Yoga, 5:30p Hot Ashtanga Flow , 6:45p Yoga for Recovery**
Tuesday: 9 Fun Flow Level 1, 10:30 Silversneakers, 5:30p Candlelight Slow Flow, 6:45pm prental yoga 6-week session**
Wednesday: 9 Ashtanga Flow, 4:15 Yoga Fusion, 5:30p Hot Slow Flow 6:45p $10 Fold and Hold Yin
Thursday: 9 Fun Flow: All levels, 10:30 Silversneakers, 5:30p Hot Yoga, 6:45p Yoga for Relaxation (integral style)
Friday: 9 Power Yoga, 5:30p Hot Yoga
Saturday: 9 Yinyasa, 10:30 $10 Restore Your Core

Downtown Yoga Descriptions
Stretch -- Beginners, Slower Practice, Gentle Stretches
- Yin Yoga: Targets the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and synovial fluid & the energy channels of the body by holding postures 2-5+ minutes
- Gentle Yoga: A great practice for beginners or experienced students who want a gentler, slower paced and less strenuous class
- Hatha Yoga: All levels, learn the fundamentals of alignment and modifications, includes sun salutations and flows
- Slow Candlelight Flow: Inward journey of breath and movement in a warm, candlelight room, longer holds
- Recommended Workshops: Restorative, Breath & Meditation
Intro to Yoga, Intro to Yin Yoga, Anusara Yoga & 10-hour modules
Strengthen--Intermediate, faster paced, deeper postures
- Hatha Yoga: All levels, learn the fundamentals of alignment and modifications, includes sun salutations and flows
- Yinyasa: Warm up slowly, ease into vinyasa yoga to heat muscles, finish with 30 min. on the floor in Yin yoga postures with longer holds
- Hot Yoga Vinyasa Flow: This flow yoga yoga class is practiced in a warm yoga room. Class focus: building strength, focus, flexibility, and stamina.
- Ashtanga Yoga: Linking breath with movement while moving through a set series of postures
- Recommended Workshops: Arm Balances, Backbends, Intro to Yin Yoga, Anusara Yoga & 10-hour modules
Strong--Focus on Strength and Balance
- Yinyasa: Warm up slowly, ease into vinyasa yoga to heat muscles, finish with 30 min. on the floor in Yin yoga postures with longer holds
- Ashtanga Yoga: Linking breath with movement while moving through a set series of postures
- Power Yoga: Emphasis on movement, balance and intention; combines strength, flow and balance
- Recommended Workshops: Arm Balances, Backbends, Peak pose & 10-hour modules
