Interested in Prenatal Yoga 4-week session?  Please join us for this 4-week workshop series specifically designed for expecting moms. An opportunity to learn how yoga can help relieve many of the common aches caused by pregnancy as well as prepare physically and psychologically for childbirth. Open to all pregnant women, during any stage of their pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary.
