The Silversneakers Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles.  Get fit, have fun, make friends!

WHAT IS THE COST?

The Silversneakers Fitness Program is offered by leading Medicare health plans and Medicare Supplement carriers throughout the country.  See if your health plan or Medicare Supplement carrier offers Silversneakers or find a participating health plan in your state.  If your plan does not offer Silversneakers, seniors can enjoy 2 classes for the price of one ($15 for 2 classes) with a two week expiration date.  No extensions or refunds for this special rate.  To purchase your individual class or set up auto debit for this program, click here!
