We are especially proud of our 4-Week Specialty Programs: Yoga 101: Beginner and Introductory Yoga Classes, Restore Your Core, and Power Core Yoga, designed specifically for new-to-yoga students and those who would like to experiece heat, music, breath and movement for an intense and energizing experience led by friendly instructors trained to help you get the most out of every class.

STRETCH Beginners, Slower Practice, Gentle Stretches

  • Yin Yoga: Targets the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and synovial fluid & the energy channels of the body by holding postures 2-5 minutes
  • Gentle Yoga: A great practice for beginners or experienced students who want a gentler, slower paced and less strenuous class
  • Hatha Yoga: All levels, learn the fundamentals of alignment and modifications, includes Sun Salutations and flows

  • Recommended Workshops: Restorative & Breath and Meditation


 

STRENGTHEN Intermediate, faster paced, deeper postures

  • Yin Yoga:
  • Hatha Yoga: All levels
  • Stretch & Strengthen: All levels, warm up with Sun Salutations and flow through postures deeply & safely

  • Ashtanga Yoga: Linking breath with movement while moving through a set series of postures
